Marvel’s Wolverine: The Long Night Is Becoming a Comic

If you haven’t been listening to the hit podcast Wolverine: The Long Night, now might be a good time to start, as Marvel has announced a comic book adaptation is in the works.

The announcement was made at New York Comic Con during their This Week in Marvel panel and promises to add some vivid illustrations to what has thus far been an audio-only storytelling experience.

The premise of the show has centered around a string of serial murders in a remote Alaskan town, for which Logan is the prime suspect. Federal agents investigating the crimes are getting uncomfortably close to uncovering Logan’s hidden mutant identity, forcing him to distance himself further from society while still meting out his brand of frontier justice.

The scripted podcast has been in production since March of this year, and ten episodes have been slated for its first season so far. While initially only available to members of Stitcher Premium, the show is now featured everywhere you find your podcasts. Percy has in the past teased that The Long Night may be just the beginning of a new, interconnected Marvel Podcast Universe.
