Unlike people of various races, you actually see a lot more anime characters with disabilities then you would think. In fact, some of your favorite characters might be the disabled ones, since nothing says badass like losing an arm or a leg (or an arm AND a leg) then just carrying on and living a more exciting life than most people in that animated world.
