In the lead up to the “Power Rangers: Shattered Grid” comic book crossover, original Green Ranger Jason David Frank returns to his role in a prequel video. The video depicts Frank the corrupted Tommy Oliver, in the guise of Lord Drakkon, reviewing the exploits of past Power Ranger teams. He talks about how the Rangers have squandered their abilities and could have been so much more. They could have been gods. The video ends with the villain ready to wage war across multiple dimensions to prove how weak the heroes have become.
